Paige Hill, Lpc-S, atr-bc

When working with school aged children she brings her creativity , keen clinical skills and kindness to help tackle feelings of anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Paige is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in Houston, Texas, with a passion for helping children, parents, families, and fellow therapists navigate life's challenges with confidence and compassion.

Before entering private practice, she worked as a school counselor, where she gained invaluable insight into the many environments that shape a child's life. Collaborating with students, families, teachers, and school staff gave her a deep understanding of how children's emotional well-being is influenced not only by what happens within them, but also by the relationships and systems surrounding them. That perspective continues to guide her work today.

For the past four years in private practice, she has had the privilege of walking alongside children and adolescents as they work through anxiety, behavioral challenges, depression, family transitions, divorce, emotional regulation, and the everyday stressors that come with growing up. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and developmentally appropriate, incorporating play therapy and art therapy alongside evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help children communicate, heal, and build resilience.

Over the years, she has come to believe something deeply: lasting change for children often begins with the adults who love, support, and guide them.

That belief has shaped both her practice and her mission:

Helping children thrive by supporting the people who matter most.

That includes parents. It includes therapists. And sometimes, it includes the child directly. Because when the adults in a child's life feel supported, equipped, and confident, children are more likely to thrive.

That's why her practice has grown to include not only therapy for children and adolescents, but also parent coaching, family support, and clinical supervision for developing therapists. Whether she is helping a parent navigate challenging behaviors, supporting a child through anxiety or a difficult life transition, or mentoring a therapist who is learning to care for children and families, her goal is always the same: to foster relationships that create lasting growth and meaningful change.

As an LPC-S, she is passionate about investing in the next generation of therapists through clinical supervision. Supporting clinicians as they develop their skills, particularly in working with children, adolescents, and families, is one of the most rewarding parts of her work. She believes that confident, well-supported therapists strengthen not only their clients, but also the families and communities they serve.

At the heart of her work is the belief that healing happens through relationships. Whether she is sitting on the floor in a playroom with a child, partnering with parents to strengthen their connection with their children, or encouraging a therapist as they grow in confidence and competence, her purpose remains the same: helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.

No matter where you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate it alone. She would be honored to partner with you as you build healthier relationships, stronger families, and a life filled with greater connection, resilience, and hope.
