Therapeutic Journaling

Therapeutic journaling is both a science and an art. Expressive writing can offer clarity and insight and promotes emotional management for safe, effective catharsis, and it seems to accelerate resolutions and helps to manage stress. It’s truly self-directed change and I want to show you how. When you feel lost, your thoughts can be chaotic. Writing them down brings order, turning vague feelings into concrete ideas that are easier to understand and address. Putting feelings into words helps you slow down, reflect, and gain a deeper understanding of what you're truly feeling. This process can reduce the intensity of overwhelming emotions.

If you’re an old pro at therapeutic journaling, join me, I’d love to have you. If you are a novice, join me, I’d love to have you. If the last journal entry you had was when you were in third grade writing “Dear Diary…” join me, I’d love to have you.
